What are your payment terms?
Cash is the preferred method but we offer credit accounts regular customers, or for first-timers you can make upfront payment by BACS or any major debit or credit card.
How much notice do I have to give?
We can usually get on the case very quickly. Typically we can begin distribution within 1-2 weeks of receiving the Booking Form. We should say, though, availability can vary depending on the time of year, so always best to get in touch with us early!
How many leaflets can you distribute for me?
We won’t say we can deal with any amount because we’ve never tried doing a billion at a time. But what we can say is that we’ve handled campaigns delivering a thousand leaflets, some delivering several million, and pretty much everything in between.

Who delivers my material?
Firstly our delivery force are carefully trained adult deliverers as to the correct way to place the leaflets through the letterbox and onto the doormat ensuring maximum visual impact and potential response. We have dedicated individuals and teams of distributors, they work under the supervision of our area managers, reporting to head office on a regular basis.
What will the response levels be?
That depends very much on what you’re advertising, your message and factors like current market demands and local competition. Of course, we can help you with design and strategy to ensure that your campaign is effective as possible. We’re not a lead generation service but we’ve got the leaflet production and distribution covered.
How do we ensure the leaflets are delivered properly?
We offer GPS tracking in most postcodes, and area managers check all distribution routes. Plus, we’ll provide you with a full distribution report on completion so you’ll know exactly which roads, have your leaflets.
Do you deliver to every house in the target area?
We would be lying if we said all houses are delivered too. No leaflet company can guarantee that. We do however try our very best to deliver to all houses within the target area, penetration rates can vary depending on exact distribution location and service.
